CompCote^®, a recently developed protective and decorative film for aluminum featuring superior qualities, has found increasing application in the industry.
For example, the company Blaser, a leading manufacturer of high-quality hunting weapons in Germany, chose CompCote^® to protect its high-quality engraved aluminum rifle locks.
CompCote^® effectively protects against wear and corrosion. Appearance was also an important factor in this case. Blaser required an even, light matt surface in a defined gray tone. CompCote^® fulfilled these requirements successfully.

CompCote^® films have attained excellent results in diverse tests investigating bonding of polymers and vulcanized rubber on aluminum. Its bonding strength was superior to other film systems while providing better protection against corrosion – and CompCote^® films are chrome-free too!
This has lead to large-scale applications in the automobile industry.
